The A Level (CAL) is a subject-based qualification conferred as part of the General Certificate of Education, as well as a school leaving qualification offered by the educational bodies in the United Kingdom and the educational authorities of British Crown dependencies to students completing secondary or pre-university education.
I think that the CAL is a widely known certificate that could be used for undergraduates to apply for their bachelor or degrees but I think that most people underestimate the toughness or how hard that the course is going to be. This 1.5 years program which is fully "exam based" is no easy course to take. However, the reward might be satisfying if you do well in it. As said
Cambridge International A Levels are the 'gold standard' qualification.

Both my siblings have already done CAL program and achieved 3A* and 1A for their final results. And so I thought to myself that if they could do it why can't I do it as well. I then took this course without further thinking. It's been six months and I am already struggling to keep up with my classmates. I'm from Malaysia, so most people here studies SPM, they study much more than us in IGCSE so they tend to grasp the topics faster and it is easier for them. For those who are thinking of taking CAL . please do think hard before making your decisions on the courses or the subjects !! :)
